Development Opportunities

The Providence Redevelopment Agency (PRA)  works with private and non-profit developers to redevelop blighted and substandard properties that have been acquired by the agency.  To facilitate the redevelopment of significant properties, the PRA issues Requests for Proposals from interested developers.  These RFPs are available on the public notice portion of this website.  There are not always properties available, so please check back frequently.  For smaller properties, such as individual residential lots, please contact Mike Lepore at 401.351.4300 for information on available properties.
